Around lunch time on September 23rd, 2009, UVFR stations 135 and 287 along with EMS 330 were dispatched to the area of US Route 30 and Third Street for a report of a vehicle accident with injuries.

Crews arrived to find a mid size sedan involved with a large work truck. There was no entrapment and both drivers were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
